Tourist Pack's® principal owner has over 30 years media and marketing experience. Seventeen years were in radio, ten years were simultaneously running two direct mail companies (One was a lettershop. The other was a residential co-op mailing business) and Tourist Pack began in 1997.

He is also the recipient of the 1999 Golden Pineapple Award for Outstanding Achievement in Tourism from the Charleston Convention & Visitors Bureau's Travel Council. He has been serving as Vice President of Tourism - the Greater Summerville/Dorchester County Chamber of Commerce for the past three years; was recently nominated to his third year on the Charleston Convention and Visitors Bureau - Board of Governors; is co-chair of the Discovery Center Committee for the South Carolina National Heritage Corridor Lowcountry Region and serves as a Board Member of The Friends of the Old Exchange.
